At JALSA Art, we aim to deliver your DIY Kits (JALSA Box) in a timely and secure manner. Please review the shipping details below before placing an order.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.  For any queries regarding your location, feel free to reach out to our customer support team at jalsaart@gmail.com

  • International shipping is not available unless clearly mentioned for a specific product or campaign.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹1500

  • Orders below the free-shipping threshold will incur a flat shipping charge, calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any shipping offers or promotions will be clearly communicated on the product or checkout page.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances.

Courier & Tracking

  • We partner with reliable third-party courier services for deliveries.

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS or WhatsApp.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet promised timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner operational issues

  • Weather conditions or natural events

  • Regional restrictions or force majeure situations
     

JALSA Art will not be liable for such delays but will assist with tracking and updates wherever possible.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept delivery may attract re-shipping charges.

  • In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping, packaging, and handling costs.

Damaged Packages

  • If the package arrives damaged, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.

  • Such cases will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.
